We are excited to have you in our salon
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we need you to provide your own mask at the time of your service
If you have been exposed to anyone in the last 14 days who has Covid-19 we ask that you reschedule your hair appointment reschedule for 14 days out.
At this time we are waiving our 24 hour cancellation fee
We will be charging 50% of your service for a no call/no show
What you need to know before you come for your appointment
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, something you don't mind accidentally getting hair color on. We are not using the bathroom as a dressing room at this time.
Come to your hair appointment alone, we are only allowed to be at 75% capacity.
Only bring your phone, keys and form of payment.
We are not using the waiting area at all during this time.
If you want any shampoo, conditioner and styling agents, ask your stylist and she will gladly get it for you. You will also see one of every product on the shelves, don't worry, we have more in the back. Please feel free to purchase
We are trying to keep everything as clean as possible and this will help greatly.
As we get to our New Normal, here is what to do at your appointment
When you come for your appointment please text the salon at 904-226-7466 to inform the virtual Assistant that you are here. As soon as your stylist is ready you will receive a text informing you she is ready for you and to come in.
Be patient with us as we sanitize and clean up after our last client. We will be sanitizing our stations, styling chairs and shampoo bowls after every use, this takes time.
You will be given a clean robe to use during your service or we will put a clean cutting cape over your clothes.
We are strongly encouraging you to bring your own face mask, preferably one that goes around your ears.
Your stylist will also be wearing a clean face mask and robe with every new cllient.
